I watched this movie almost 12 years back...

The main theme of this story...
The lesson to us to learn...

The best result-oriented engineer was chosen to construct a bridge in the African dangerous jungle where many engineers were already had given-up the challenge...

Chosen ambitious engineer with new challenge started his mission
During developments, the engineer was required to face lots of odd issues that were making his overall project to failure,
The lions exist nearby at the construction site in the jungle started hunting the workers, were not less than the ghosts and were really becoming big obstacle in the project execution of construction of bridge in the big-jungle.

Fearing life in danger by deadly lions, Labours and workers were leaving the field one after another...
Workers leader was almost decided to take all the workers from the project concerning their life safety...

But the engineer did not leave the project, being a best skilled construction engineer; he decided to overcome this obstacle and started hunting the lions...
Almost putting his life near to danger, with lots of efforts and dedication he succeeds in getting the ghosts-lions down...

Finally, then he re-started his actual mission of construction of bride...
This is real-life story and that bride is also fully constructed and functioning today as well in Africa...

Ultimate lesson and message:
No matter what you are and your goals, sometimes if you face obstacles or hurdles, you should face them and try to overcome all of them even if they are not related to your profession and skills and finally get the goals be achieved.

Along with this good story, the film is really nice with good acting, direction, effects and sound.

What Can I say... What I really want to say after those thrills is:
(Shouting and Screaming) I WAS SCARED MANNNNNNNNNNNNn!!!!.. Dont Do this to Me again.. I m not gonna go to Zoos, Jungles or National Parks to c those devilssss. I will Stop watching Wild Life On discovery now!!!! x(

Movie Was rally excelent.. The Main Thing I noticed in the movie was LION DIDNt KNOW THAT "LIONs CANNOT CLIMB TREES" hehe :)

The Dialogues were really Humorous, deep and few were applicable to life...
I like these conversations the most:

Mahina: You know, I also have killed a lion.
Angus Starling: How many shots did you need?
Mahina: I used my hands.
=====================
Charles Remington: Well, I'm a very considerate man. My mother taught me that.
[Samuel laughs]
Charles Remington: Now, what the hell you laughing about? You don't think I'm considerate?
Samuel: I don't believe you had a mother.
=======================
[Samuel hands John a letter from his wife]
Samuel: You like her?
John Patterson: Very much.
Samuel: I don't like any of mine.
=======================
John Patterson: Darling... you know how God invented liquor so the Irish wouldn't rule the world. Well, I think he may have invented being stubborn so we can be the best at something.
=======================
Narrator: Remember this. even the most impossible parts of this story really happened.
======================
Charles Remington: We have an expression in prize fighting: "Everyone has a plan until they've been hit." Well my friend, you've just been hit. The getting up is up to you.
============
And Many More.................

Hey dont Get Surprised by my memory.. I have Seen This Movie 3-4 Times hehehe......
But I was Scared MANNNNNNN (Again Screaming)..........

the movie was too good and heart throbbing, there are few scenes which are the best.

the first one. : it was the time when Col. Thompson and Charles (M. Douglas) goes out for the hunt with their team of "Masai" Pplz
and at a time One of the Devil(Lion) and Col.Thompson are face to face he tried to shoot the lion but the gun fails to fire. and at that time we all can feel the fear and the power of the lion.

the second one : first hunting down of The Ghost by Charles. it was just a single shot and the Lion was in air. that was too good.

the last but not least : the climax scene that Col. Thompson selected his way to life and killed the lion from a point blank range just by a revolver and two shots. and if this scene really happens to actual Col. Thompson that man heats off to him, cuz i am very well aware of lions and their behaviors as i grown up in such an environment (Sasan Gir). because i know achhe acche Teeshmarkha ki patloon gili ho jati hain jab ye billa sirf samne aake dekhta hain boss.

so, in other way i enjoyed the movie, it was great, cinematography and sound were too real
